OUTSIDE

Don't have a gym membership or prefer to train outside? No worries, we're in the works of bringing you home visits where we bring the gym to your own back garden! This is especially aimed at those looking for the fat burning benefits of functional, high intensity training, all at your own conveience without the hassle of joining a gym.
